The project includes the installation of a 700-square-metre green facade on Seacon Logistics' new distribution centre with the WallPlanter system by Mobilane. WallPlanter is locally produced and grown under "On the way to PlanetProof" certification at Mobilane's nursery in Bemmel. This strict certification guarantees a sustainable green wall system. The system is highly efficient in water consumption and brings many sustainability benefits, such as: Positive impact on biodiversity: A source of food and provides nesting and refuge for birds and insects such as bees and butterflies. Aesthetics: Provides a visually attractive façade integrated into the surrounding landscape. Air quality: Contributes to producing oxygen improves air quality by capturing particulate matter. Economic benefit: Increases property value and aligns with Seacon Logistics' sustainability objectives.
